Tiranga game privacy policy and terms and conditions, explained
Inside the app, the registration screen asks you to tick “I have read and agree [Privacy Agreement]”. The terms are less useful than they look, because the most important detail is missing: which company you are agreeing with. Here is what such terms typically contain and why they give you little protection.
The missing party
A contract binds two parties. Tiranga’s terms, as circulated, don’t identify a registered company, address, country or grievance officer. Without that, you have nobody to enforce the terms against, and no Indian court or regulator can be asked to hold a known entity to its promises. After May 2026 that matters even more, because the activity itself is prohibited in India.
Data these apps collect
| Data | When it’s asked | Risk |
|---|---|---|
| Mobile number, password | Registration | Reused passwords leak to other accounts |
| Bank account / UPI ID | First withdrawal | Linked to your identity permanently |
| Aadhaar, PAN, selfie (“KYC”) | Before withdrawals | Police warned in 2021 that colour-prediction apps collected Aadhaar and PAN. Identity documents can be misused for loans or mule accounts. |
| Device permissions (APK) | On install | SMS, contacts or accessibility access can expose OTPs |
Share the minimum. Never send Aadhaar or PAN images over WhatsApp or Telegram to “support”. Our APK permissions table shows what an install should never need.
Clauses that matter most
- Discretionary closure: wording that lets the platform freeze or close accounts for “abnormal” or “irregular” betting at its sole discretion. This is the usual basis for withheld winnings.
- Bonus wagering: bonus money must be bet a multiple of times (promoters cite 2–5×) before anything can be withdrawn, and a withdrawal can cancel the bonus.
- One account per person / device / IP: a family sharing a Wi-Fi connection can trigger a “multiple account” flag.
- Complaint time limits: some versions say disputes must be raised within about 7 days.
- Restricted states: lists of states where use is “not allowed”, which shifts the blame to you.
Practical takeaways
- Screenshot the terms and bonus rules on the day you accept them. They can change.
- Never accept a bonus if you may want to withdraw soon.
- Keep your bet and transaction history. If a dispute arises, those screenshots are your only evidence. See the evidence checklist.
